Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have consent from a guardian.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• The programme is intended strictly for UPSC aspirants and academic purposes only.

2. Nature of Services

Apex UPSC Mentorship provides:

• Personal mentorship & guidance
• Study plans and strategy sessions
• Answer writing support
• Academic resources (notes, PDFs, classes etc.)

3. Registration & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full/partial payment.
• Payments must be made through authorized methods (UPI, bank, cards etc.).

You agree:

• To provide accurate personal and payment details
• Not to use fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods

4. Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Refunds (if any) will be subject to:
  • Programme-specific policy
  • Administrative deductions

No refund shall be provided for:

• Lack of performance
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend sessions

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Attend sessions sincerely
• Maintain discipline and professionalism
• Not share or distribute programme content

6. Intellectual Property

All materials (notes, videos, strategies, PDFs, test series) are exclusive property of Apex UPSC Mentorship.

You shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or sell content
• Share login credentials or materials with others

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Misuse platform or mentorship resources
• Engage in abusive, defamatory or disruptive behavior
• Attempt to hack, copy or exploit platform systems
• Use content for commercial purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Exam results or rank outcomes
• Personal study performance
• Technical issues beyond our control

9. Mentorship Disclaimer

Guidance provided is based on experience, research and academic analysis. It should not be treated as legal, financial or guaranteed success advice.

10. Reviews & Feedback

• Students may provide feedback, subject to no abusive, false or misleading statements
• We reserve the right to remove or moderate feedback

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misconduct is observed

12. Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal data may be used for:

• Programme delivery
• Communication
• Academic support

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governed by laws of India
• Disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Jurisdiction: New Delhi Courts

14. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the programme implies acceptance of updated Terms.
